AVK has acquired the majority share of Fusion Group Ltd making AVK one of the UK’s largest gas and water sector products suppliers. 20-09-2017

AVK Group manufactures and supplies valves, fittings and related products for the worldwide gas, water and industrial sectors. Founded by Eric Bridgstock in 1971, Fusion Group Ltd is based in Chesterfield, England. It specialises in a broad range of polyethylene electrofusion fittings and related products, for the global gas and water sectors as well, and has a turnover more than £30 million, with 320 employees. The Fusion Group Managing Director Kevin Raine and Financial Director Neil Green will remain as their respective titles in order to support and drive the future growth strategy.
