Saudi Early Career Program 2018
AVK Saudi continuously searches for fresh technical college graduates to join our Early Career Program to fulfil the operational, maintenance and production roles in the AVK factory in Jeddah.
Our Early Career Program is a training program effectively promoting the recruitment of qualified Saudi youth, with an overall vision of creating new employment opportunities. After passing the program successfully, the selected candidates will be hired to join AVK Saudi.
TRAINING STAGES
4 stages covered in 4 months
-ROTATION
Candidates will go through the production department operations such as coating, machines, hydrants and valves.
-ASSIGNMENT & EXAM
The candidates will have an assignment that will be followed up by an exam.
OPERATING TRAINING
Candidates who pass all the tests related to the previous steps will have the opportunity to join a fulfilling AVK-SVMC operational & departmental training.
OFFER & CERTIFICATE
AVK Saudi will select the suitable candidates based on their performance and test results. The selected candidates will receive a job offer from AVK. Candidates that are not selected will receive a training certificate.
